The base is glazed ceramic with a rich tobacco color. The tubular shades are clear texturized glass with a "pineapple' 3D pattern. They are spectacular with the light on (please see photos). One of the sconces has an on off individual switch, so in addition to being switched from the room main switcher it can also be individually switched on off Both sconces are in
